STUDIO POLICY

No food, drinks, or making/receiving phone calls are allowed in the procedure area. Minimal texting or email is okay as long as it does not interfere with the procedure. This is a licensed tattoo studio so children (age 18 and younger) and pets are not permitted.

Late arrivals of 15 minutes will be accommodated to the best of my ability. In case I am not able to accomodate you, your appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled to another date and a new deposit will be required. Unforeseen events can happen, but please understand it is important to allow sufficient time to complete each service.

RESCHEDULING 

I understand that life happens and sometimes changes are necessary. If something comes up and you have to reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We require a 48-hour notice of any changes to your appointment. If you would like to reschedule your appointment for a later date, you will be able to transfer your initial deposit to apply to your new appointment date (up to 3 times max). Anything after the 48-hour window will need to be rebooked with a new deposit. Thank you for understanding the great effort and preparation that goes into each appointment.

TOUCH-UP

This is a two-step process that requires two appointments in most cases (the initial session and a perfecting session) therefore, a 6-8 weeks perfecting session is highly recommended to ensure the best retention and long-term healed results. The perfecting session is not included in the initial treatment (please see our touch-up rates as cost will vary depending on which treatment you receive). Please be advised that it may require multiple touch-up appointments for cover-up/correction service to achieve your desired look, especially if there are any scar tissue present.

*Please note that if you go past 10 weeks to book a perfecting session there will be an additional charge because more time and work will need to be added. (this includes any rescheduling).

CANCELLATIONS &
NO-SHOWS

If you do not notify Earth Sign Beauty and miss your appointment (no call/no show), you will simply forfeit your deposit and may be subjected to 50% service fee. This includes services such as ESB Signature Brows, Microblading, Combo Brows, Nano Brows, Touch-Ups, Brow Henna, Brow Makeover, Brow Rehab, and Brow Threading.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on any of our services, or deposits. We strongly encourage you to look over the FAQ page before booking an appointment so you know with confidence you are ready.
